Brothers Albert Waters and Clifford Waters started out in the Watauga County North Carolina grading industry back in the 1950’s.

Rusty Waters is President and Owner of Waters Brothers Construction as of August 1st, 2022.

Rusty has been with the company since Albert Waters retired in 2004, who has since passed away.

Clifford Waters passed away July 30th, 2022.
